This title is not meant to suggest that goals are unimportant. Rather, it is to endorse the state of Flow so poignantly written about by Mihaly Csikszentmihaly, The Psychology of Optimal Experience. To enter a state of flow, there must be challenge just beyond the comfort zone of the maker, but not such a reach as to cause a maker to give up.
